The production process of glass bottles mainly consists of the following steps:

1.Raw material preparation:The main raw materials include quartz sand,soda ash,limestone,feldspar,etc.,while the auxiliar include clarifying agents,coloring agents,and de-colorizing agents,etc.

2.Ingredients and Mixing:Weigh the raw materials according to there cipe proportions,mix them evenly to ensure consistency of ingredients.

3.Melting:The raw materials are fed into the furnace,with the temperature around 1500℃.The raw materials melt into a glass liquid at high temperature,and bubbles are removed through the clarifying agent to ensure the uniformity of the glass liquid.

4.Forming:The molten glass flows into the mold and is shaped by compressed air.

5.Annealing:The formed glass bottles are sent to the annealing furnace,where the temperature is between 500°℃ and 600°℃.They are slowly cooled to eliminate internal stresses and prevent cracking.

6.Surface treatment:A protective layer is sprayed on the surface to enhance its wear resistance and impact resistance.Through sandblasting or chemical treatment,the surface is made to have a frosted appearance.

7.Inspection and Packaging:Check the appearance,size,strength,etc.to ensure the quality is up to standard.Qualified products will be packaged and prepared for transportation.
